Our endeavour at Shanti Business School is focused on only three aspects as far as Management Education is concerned.
One, we want to continue research on requirement of managerial and leadership competencies by the rapidly globalizing and fast changing business landscape. This research must be done with continuous dialogue with the industry in structured methods.
Two, we want to research and develop teaching methodologies which are driven by the sole objective of developing the right competencies in our graduates and other participants. We want to be responsible for this and we want to evaluate ourselves only in light of this.
Three, we want to benchmark ourselves only with the top global business schools and also want to go a step ahead in creating proprietary systems and processes to develop and deliver knowledge in the field of business and management.
We are in education sector to pioneer education in knowledge domains where it is not available and also want to bring about changes where it is required. We are driven the unique B-C-D philosophy which proposes that for business success, an organization needs as much competencies in business as in communication and design.
Communications is critically important for interacting with stakeholders and get the job done. Design competencies are required to create unique identities as well as to structure knowledge and communication in ways which are easier for the recipients to understand.
We are committed and determined in our approach to achieve our objectives. We have set up Shanti Business School and followed up with setting up Shanti Communication School. We are also in the process of setting up Design school.
