Medha Sharma is a curious human with a fascination for books, wildlife, creativity and the endless possibilities of learning. An English Literature scholar by education, she holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and has worked across prestigious educational institutions as an Assistant Professor, Academic Associate and Visiting Faculty. A researcher, writer and editor, she has published research papers and book chapters and has co-authored books for English language learning. She has also served as the Managing Director of Fieldview International Academy school in Gujarat, gaining a perspective of education beyond the classroom. With a creative mind and a special fondness for painting and crafts, Medha believes that some of life’s most meaningful moments are found in its smallest details. Currently an Assistant Professor at Shanti Business School, she believes education is less about collecting answers and more about staying curious enough to keep asking better questions.

3. Institution Building Initiatives – 

  During my time at Shanti Business School, I have actively striven to enrich campus culture, foster student development, and drive institutional excellence through proactive leadership and cross-functional collaboration. As Head of both the Anchoring Club and the Debate Club, I mentored peers to elevate their public speaking skills, articulate reasoning, and stage presence. To directly enhance student employability, I organized and facilitated a hands-on CV Building Workshop, equipping attendees with practical strategies to showcase their talents effectively to prospective employers. Furthermore, I served as a key coordinator across flagship institute events—including Pravesh, Bauddhika Cultural Festival, and the Sankalp PGDM Orientation Program—ensuring seamless operational execution, vibrant engagement, and a welcoming transition for incoming cohorts. Together, these initiatives reflect my steadfast commitment to empowering students and strengthening the co-curricular ecosystem at Shanti Business School.
